LIKELLA has the highest respect for the privacy of members, follows the rules of law governing the treatment of personal data and is committed to providing all the information of use, in relation to the services of LIKELLA. This page describes how to manage LIKELLA (hereinafter "LIKELLA") relating to the processing of personal data of users visiting the site in the terms stated below, or use it. The information is provided pursuant to art. 13 D.Lgs. 196/2003 - Code regarding personal data protection. It also takes account of the Recommendation No. 2/2001 the European authority for the protection of personal data adopted to identify minimum requirements for collecting personal data online. The Information regarding the domain LIKELLA.com and third level domains created by merchants who register very own store or shop or other services by taking advantage of current and future LIKELLA services. The personal data will normally be processed by means of electronic or automated.

Owner and responsible of data processing

Vista Tecnologie sas of F. Busa with registered offices in Via G. Vitali, 50 - 48121 Ravenna, is the owner of the processing of data (hereinafter "VISTA").

Why get access to Likella?

  • you are a customer of a shop that uses LIKELLA and probably access to LIKELLA because you like the shop and want to be informed about upcoming promotions or because you intend to use the shop's virtual fidelity card registered and active in LIKELLA; probably the domain you are accessing is something like: name-of-the-shop.likella.com or name-of-point-of-sale-street-city.likella.com (every store has been created based on the preferences of the merchant and LIKELLA can’t know in advance the name of the shop).

  • You are a merchant, you want to register your shop in LIKELLA because you intend to use the many services offered by LIKELLA and you are about to create your own shop LIKELLA with a similar name specified in the preceding paragraph.

LIKELLA then uses the information you provided so that you are a merchant or a customer (or both), you can benefit one another.

What Personal Information collects LIKELLA?

Personal data collected by LIKELLA can originate from several sources, depending on the type registration / access made by you. Whether you're merchant or customer no matter, LIKELLA collects the same type of information, but if you are also merchant, assume obligations of non-disclosure of your customers. (see Purpose and Method of use later)

  • Sign-up using your Facebook account

    Facebook has a service specifically designed to allow sites / applications outside of Facebook to allow registration without you having to provide again information that has already entered on Facebook; of course, before this happens Facebook informs you and asks your permission for LIKELLA can access your information also specifying what type of data LIKELLA reads from Facebook.

  • Sign-up using your Google+ account

    Even Google has set up a service similar to Facebook and operates in a similar way which impose, even in this case, a consent from you so that you can access to LIKELLA without inserting again your data.

  • Sign-up using generic e-mail

    You can also access to LIKELLA with a classic registration by e-mail entering the information requested in the registration page.

  • Access authorization code via SMS

    If you do not have an account with Facebook, Google + or e-mail, you can use the services of the shop using a simple mobile phone; LIKELLA will send you an SMS with the authorization code that you must provide the merchant who is taking care of your registration, please read carefully the privacy policy that the merchant will show you before to communicate the authorization code or perform personally registration.

Types of data processed

Depending on the type of access you done, whether you are a merchant or customer of a shop, the type of data stored depends on whether you access it with your Facebook ID, Google +, etc. For this, we have tried to standardize such data in order to ensure that the treatment is uniform in the same way and may include some personal information you entered on Facebook or Google+, or data you entered in the registration form by e-mail on LIKELLA; keep in mind that both Facebook and Google+ always ask your permission for you to LIKELLA can access your data.

  1. Merchant

    You are a merchant that you opened your shop on LIKELLA: You can (and certainly will become one) be a customer of another merchant who opened his shop on LIKELLA too. Your personal information will be treated as those of your LIKELLA customers. You can consult the list of customers who have become the STAR of your shop, send them news about promotions and discounts, send and receive private messages with each other and give each of them loyalty points if you have activated a collection points.

    As a merchant, with this privacy statement, you assume the commitment to non-disclosure of identification data of customers that have become the STAR of your shop.

  2. Customer

    You are a customer and you became a STAR in one or more shops that use LIKELLA. You have decided to become a STAR in these shops because you want to take advantage of services, promotions, fidelity cards and you want to receive notifications about the availability of products and special events.

    As a customer, with this privacy statement, reading all the disclosures, also sections referred to the merchant, you are fully informed about the processing of your personal data .

  3. General user

    You are a user accessing LIKELLA but not yet become a STAR in a shop, you will receive notifications from LIKELLA about the status of your registration but your data will not be communicated to any shops.

    As an a general user, with this privacy statement, reading all the disclosures, also sections referred to the merchant and the customer, you are fully informed about the processing of your personal data.

Your personal data and/or the results of statistical analysis of the navigation data may be processed and communicated by:

  1. employees and / or collaborators who carry out assistance and advice to Administration, Product, Legal, Customer Care, Information Systems of VISTA, and those in charge of maintenance of network devices and hardware and software in use in VISTA that are related to LIKELLA

  2. those whose right of access to information is recognized by law or by order of the competent authorities

  3. delegated persons and / or engaged by VISTA to carry out activities related to provision of services LIKELLA

  4. Part of your personal information and / or your statistical data concerning your activities related to a particular retail outlet where you are STAR:

    employees and / or collaborators who carry out assistance and advice to Administration, Product, Legal, Customer Care, Information Systems of the particular store where you become a STAR, as well as in charge of maintenance of network devices and hardware and software in use in particular shop where you became a STAR.

The consent to the processing of your data is optional or not you are obligated to give your information, however, in case of lack of consent for the purposes specified in paragraphs (A), (B) and (C) and for transmitting them to individual referred to in points 1, 2, 3, 4 will be impossible to provide the services requested by you.

Browsing data

Please note that, in addition to data from the various modes of access, other data will being registered under the navigation on your LIKELLA pages. For any access to the site LIKELLA records the type of browser (eg. Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.), the operating system (eg. Windows, Mac, etc.), the host and the URL of the visitor, addition to the data of the requested page. These data can being used in aggregate and anonymous form for statistical analysis of site.
